Scope of Work:

• Visual Inspection Of Sliding Gate.  Look for signs of wear and tear, rust, or damage on the gate panels, hinges, and surrounding structures.
• Inspect gate Alignment For Proper Operation
• Check for loose bolts, nuts, and screws and and tighten them as needed
• Inspect Steel Wheels And Nylon Rollers.
• Lubricate all moving parts, including hinges, rollers, and bearings.
• Ensure And Check All Wiring Connections Are Connected Properly.
• Ensure All Safety Features Photocells And Switches Are Working Properly.
• Inspect the condition of motor track.
• Check limit switch.
• Check And Adjust Gate Opening and closing limits.
• Check Flashing Light.
• Check Remote Controls.
• Inspect the manual release.
• Testing Of Gate Operation ( Automatic And Manual ).
• Complete Check On Safety And Control For The Gate System.

Note: Costs For Replacement Spare Parts Or Components Not Included. We Will Submit A Separate Proposal In Such Cases For Approval, And Will Carry Out The Work Accordingly.
