Scope of Work:

• Visual Inspection Of gate Barrier. Look for signs of wear and tear, rust, or damage on the gate barrier Boom, hinges, and gate barrier structures.
• Check for loose bolts, nuts, and screws and and tighten them as needed.
• Lubricate all moving parts, including hinges, rollers and bearings.
• Spring Balancing.
• Ensure And Check All Wiring Connections Are Connected Properly.
• Ensure All Safety Features Photocells And Switches Are Working Properly.
• Check And Adjust Gate Barrier Opening and closing limits.
• Check Flashing Light.
• Check Remote Controls.
• Test Vehicle Loop Detector System 
• Check the timer to insure proper open or close time after vehicle leaves.
• Inspect the manual release.
• Testing Of Gate Barrier Operation ( Automatic And Manual ).
• Complete Check On Safety And Control For The Gate Barrier System.

Note: Costs For Replacement Spare Parts Or Components Not Included. We Will Submit A Separate Proposal In Such Cases For Approval, And Will Carry Out The Work Accordingly.
